I see a lot of items with insane prices like that, my take is it is for stoopid furn'neers with stolen Credit Cards, but hey it's only $44 for 24 months on the PP Plan!

A 250 is pretty good size for a scooter. You could take that thing on the freeway....so in theory, the "this thing rips!" (for a scooter) line could be accurate.

The type of ladies one would be taking home (on account of the scooter) might not fit on the scooter though....

BMW makes a scooter that is 250cc 2cyl and does 70mph and is highway capable but costs 10 grand, you would think for that much you would go with a good used motorcycle.
Boggles the mind.
I learned this as seeing one many times in traffic and thinking WTF someone put BMW badges on his scooter as not being up on the scooter world. But sure'nuff Google showed me the way.

Strange seller. All his decals are 999.99 while car parts are not and far more reasonable. So I don't know what's up with that.

Self-explanatory. Some people are just so out to lunch. Same old line of lots of work but priorities have change as in I don't know what the hell I am doing.

Prior to this vehicle being a drift car project it was my commuter car, since that time a lot of work has been put into it, but of course priorities change over time, such is life.
If the entire vehicle is purchased in this state, it will come with all parts that I have and all parts that are on the vehicle.
The price is negotiable to a degree.
When you come to look at the vehicle and decide you would like to buy it I can tow it to your selected destination, within a reasonable distance for no additional cost.
The car carries a Clean title in my name.
