throttle cable

67 newport, how do you remove the throttle cable by the firewall.

can't find it. nobody has replace the throttle cable ?

there is a bolt on the left of cable on the fire wall must have something to do with it

I assume its the same as a B body. The 65 C Body is the same as a 65 B Body.

If so, there is a small plastic pin that holds the cable end from falling out. Take that out. Then take off the C clip that holds the body of the throttle cable to the throttle pedal lever assembly.
