On Formals, the quarters are not different between skirts or not. The only difference is that skirtless cars came without the wingnut bracket and a piece of wheel well trim to cover the indentation for the skirt.

Ah, that's the info I was missing. Didn't know that piece of trim simply covered up the skirt's recess groove.
