Dayton, OH, from Miami Valley Hospital garage. Some of my old friends used to live where those parking lots are now.

Pikeville, TN on 52 acres of paradise, and just $1800/yr in property tax. This state is 1st on my list on where to retire.
Had to stop here while in Nashville...
