That area is very congested I remember when they built that Mall, nothing else around, anywhere. They built it on swamp and pig farm land. The Sears was the first store to open, you could stand inside the glass doors and watch the guys working within the Mall.

Forgot about the HD over there on rt.45. There was talk of a HD going up right off exit 2 on NJ turnpike. Never came to fruition...you know how rumors go.

That whole 322 place was supposed to explode. I think the whole hold up was sewer and water. ONce that gets/got in watch out. Kingsway high will be in the middle of a place it wont wanna be.
