Is the lighter unique to the Turbine car?

It was part of the stuff that I bought from a Chrysler Turbine zone rep, back in the 90s.
He was based in MN and took care of the cars in a multiple state area.

I would say yes absolutely but I think they probably just implemented a knob that already exists in at least the imperials of the same era.
