Update HP manifolds , I was looking for , 68 Chrysler Newport 383 , found drivers side , still need passenger side , and head pipes and tail pipes

I doubt the seller wants to split up a set, so if you contact them and they try to offer you a deal:
Be aware that the driverside they show is not for a C-body, and the passengerside one they have, the crack in it they say is superficial.
So IMHO NOT worth anywhere near their $650 asking price.
And then I'd wonder if those headpipes are for a C-body.

Here is a dumb question for a Saturday night. Do the HP manifolds for a 440 fit the 383? Camshaft

Well, they most certainly fit the engine you are asking about just fine.

Whether they fit a 68 Chrysler perfectly may be a different answer.....

There is a different part# for the driverside between 383 and 440 in the 69-71 era, although I don't remember the exact years.
IIRC it is in the heatstove years, so that would be 70-71, and not 69.
But they probably fit fine if the headpipe is made to fit.
