Yea, probably so. I can't speak for Mistinguett's little dog, but the MGM dog is Flash the Wonder Dog who's last movie was 1938. Flash the Dog | Actor

Dallas Love Field, 1940, an Olds Series 70 (cool color, btw) and a Lockheed Electra 10-B in original Kodachrome color.

I think the Lockheed (Amelia Earhart's was an Electra 10-E) is the "star" of this shoot ... girls & car along for "eye candy".
