Alleged (so says the internet) to be Carol (Lang) Imhoff, born 1948, in Chicago. If still living, she'd be knocking on 80 years old shortly.

These pics are roughly 1973, so she would have been about early 20's. Pretty "racy" (pun intended) for the era as it appeared everywhere back then (vs. in the "bad" magazine section at local convenience store).

Also, said to be Miss December 1970 in Playboy. I put up a G-rated pic of that shoot below. Different hair color in that mag spread, sorta looks like her in the face, definitely "comparably equipped".
