Alleged to October 1970, at University of California Berkely. Occasion unknown. I chalk it up to California, college kids are kooky, and its the 70's.

For a while, there was a false internet rumor that Nancy Pelosi was a contestant. She would have been 11 years old at the time, so it's obviously not true.
There is a Pelosi thread here from a few years back that deteriorated badly. It led to establishing the politics forum, remember?
