29k miles isn't bad... new paint is reason to wonder...
 
I think Dave wanted me to find him one of these....if so Then i found this car :D
 
Even with fresh paint I think $12.5k is very high for this wagon.
 
Very nice looking wagon, but a bit on the high side. I think he's trying to re-coup the paint job. Wish he took more pics like he did with the Packard.

He should have been clear of anything major flooding wise. He is well inland from the coast. Short of some kind of lake,pond,or creek, I would say that the cars should have been safe.
