Welcome Charlie to FCBO!

I have a couple questions...need a little help.

440 is all stock but I want a little rumble when she is running. Would glass packs help out? I want a good sound without going in the motor and investing a lot of money. This is my first old car and I am excited!

Last question...I have an infant and need to install a lap belt in the center of the back seat, can anyone suggest what belt / options I should do to ensure this will be safe?

Thanks for the add and can't wait to get to work on my ride!

Check with dart4forte here about seat belts, he can probably hook you up.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Nice Imp! I'm partial to the '67s so show us more please.
I have Flowmaster 50s I think on mine and it sounds great but if I had to do it over I'd find something just a bit quieter.

Welcome. Nice looking ride.

Here is what I used when adding seat belts so that I could take the four rugrats along. Seatbelts
It's an inexpensive option. Not a 100% correct, but close. Just pop the back seat bottom out and mount it with the center mounts.

Thanks everyone! I will be posting more pics soon. I purchased the car Saturday and headed back to work for a week. Can't wait to get back home and ride. Like I said, this is my first older car to own. I have wanted to take the plunge for years but never had the time to restore an older car. This was a daily driver and always kept inside a garage. I have some upgrades in mind and ready to start. The only issues with the car were the driver window motor is bad, the high speed on the A/C fan doesn't work and the rear fan doesn't work. I never knew a car in the 60's had so many bells and whistles. Still us all of the service records from the day it was purchased. Car originally came out of Reserve, Louisiana. Thanks again for the replies and all of the welcomes.
