I called and its a dealer in CT, so something is fishy here no?

No, sometimes dealers list vehicles on multiple websites - someone may use eBay not craigslist or vice versa and the chances of a sale increase.

I did think that, but then i read on here it was posted on this forum as well saying NEEDS LOTS OF TLC which seems to be at odd with the Ebay posting. ...

Hello Dartman again! We communicated earlier on the 73 Fury CL ad/thread I posted/shared a month ago. Good luck with inquiring more about it. Let us know if you get it. If not there are a lot of 73 Furys that pop up for sale often.

Welcome and good luck in your search. There are lots of c-bodies out there, but I would be careful with this ad, he states he needs cash fast, is moving and will give a bill of sale only. Why no title? Can you register it in NYC without a title? Sorry I don't always trust people, but hey I'm from Jersey.
