Having owned 2 police pursuit cars, both Fury 1's. one had a 383 and one a 400. I have personally had the 383 up to about 125. My 400 I had up to 135. It was used in Kentucky for pursuit only. Love, love Mopar! Loved your site and the information. BTW-383 had L-60/ 15's on the back with Gabriel HiJackers and a huge 4 barrel. All pursuit items, including suspension steel rims with cooling holes. I got caught driving the 400 at over 127 on the wrong side of a highway! Shucks the fine was only $1400. Thanks for listening.
