Welcome RJRENTON to FCBO!

Glad to have you here, RJ!

I like your insightful and well written posts over on FBBO.

Gentlemen,
Thank you all for your warm and generous welcome.
My close friend has the 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst. Both he and I travelled to Detroit Michigan several times for the WOODWARD AVENUE DREAM CRUISE. We travelled to the Chrysler museum to display our cars and met the original Recharges and Tom Hoover, rather of the 426 Hemi engine.
Several years later, i helped Tom clone a 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst convertible (from a Newport convertible). There were only 2 Hurst convertibles made and one was destroyed in an accident. Met Linda Vaughn (Miss Hurst)....she thought that Tom's car was an otiginal. I built the std 440 into the HP TNT engine using cam, rods, etc.
Even this is the FCBO forum, I'll post a few pix of my numbers matching GTX. It's one of 350 6 bbl cars with 4 speed trsns. Im looking for a 1965 Barracuda Formula S to add to the collection. I prefer otiginal cars...not resto mod or transplanted engines.....the 235hp/273 was a great engine.
Anyway.....Thanks for the welcome.
