Any help with data plate decode would be great, also what is this gauge on the console. Was this an option?

Welcome, the gauge is a vacuum gauge which came standard on a lot of console equipped big block cars. Some also had a tachometer in the same location. This car also has an 8 track player under the radio, neat to have if it still works.

There might still be a build sheet in the back seat, that will give you the complete option package if it still there. Most of the time you will find it under the springs on the top half of the rear seat. Need to remove the top cushion to get at it. This was a well equipped car in its day. The auto temp air was a major PIA and usually needed constant repair. Other than that, these were a good reliable and quick car.

What does the White Horizontal Accent Stripe look like, it has been repainted so I don't see it.

When you get around to rebuilding the Budd disc calipers on this car, do not use Cardone reman units, take the calipers to a competent shop to have them reworked. Most of the time these calipers need to be re-sleeved to repair them and you most definitely do not want any from Cardone.
You can update to power brakes if you find a '68-70 Bendix dual diaphragm booster. You will also need a pedal assembly and the mount plate from a '68 Chrysler with power brakes as the pedal system is not the same. Pedals are the same for drum or disc brakes.

Not sure where the manual disc option is coming from but I believe Budds were power assisted only. Manual drums could be had so perhaps someone changed to manual discs later.

Also the horizontal stripe should be similar to shown except it should be a double painted line rather than the single line shown. This is based on an original paint car I owned & other examples I've seen.

Very nicely optioned 300. More pics would be great!
