Hey guys, like I said I'm new to cars, I want to change my distributor and am looking for input as to what and where to go for one. I have a 413rb engine.
Are you looking to improve things, or just replace because yours is worn out?
Canadian issue cars had different "Chrysler Built" distributors than USA cars, but the commonly suggest upgrade to electronic ignition such as Pertronix doesn't work with the Canadian versions, only the USA ones.
Member @halifaxhops can likely put together a very good electronic kit for you - distributor, coil, processor, etc.

Nothing wrong with staying with the points they are good and reliable been around forever and work well if you use quality parts, run from the parts store new ones.
Reach out to @halifaxhops -- he's great for anything related to ignition/distribution, and his prices are very fair.
