I believe the stainless pieces go on the front of the quarter windows. It looks like one is broken at the bottom, where it rivets to the window holder.

Yep. Thanks! Turns out the ones I took pics of are spares that I suppose came with the car. Cuz they’re already on the windows and match up.

It appears that the black parts on the left are ‘cat whiskers’ and appear to be the ones that mount to the quarter panel skin on the outside of the rear quarter window glass.
I am unsure of the stainless steel parts.
I hope this helps.

The stainless parts look like whiskers too. On my 69, all my whiskers have a chrome edge
