What it this relay?

Hi

Anybody knows what is this relay and what should be its exact location? I know it goes under the dash, but where? Car has been apart for 9 years, so, we forgot LOL Asking for a friend. It's a 1972 Chrysler New Yorker

Headlight delay relay. I think it should be bolted to the firewall near the steering column.

It is possible to use the red power wire for something else and ditch the relay

Ok, I will check if there is a place by the steering column to mount it.
