68 Chevy CST pickup
89 Z28 (only new GM I ever bought)
72 Impala (that I converted to Caprice)

Parts were plentiful (and still are) and could get anything anywhere for all of them.

Now there is a POS I haven't seen or missed in years. We all had our low points... mine is a tie Kcar ragtop or 301 firebird...they might have been evenly matched for performance too...Wait, just remembered how much I hated the firebird as soon as I got it running and found out I could only drive it with my head pressed against the headliner...it sucked.

I am not sure if this is the correct forum (and i am sure not all of these are MOPARS) or a place to ask but ..I want to purchase a v8 land yacht preferably from 77-85 w/ 4 doors.

Which one of these should I buy...I only can afford one at most for $3500-4500 that is .

I heard that Chrysler had terrible quality control in the 80s(and others say they all did)....and that Pontiac had the best because they were based in Canada? Forgive me for my ignorance ..just trying to find a project car(that may also be used as a daily driver). I would perfer something from late 70s aswell like 77-79 because my gramps used to have.. one just something to remind me of him(and also because it may become a daily driver so I would need to save on gas)

You are not going to save on gas with any land yacht from that era but they did make some powered by 6 cylinder engines. The only car I have owned in your list is a 78 Lincoln Town Car. I think you will find a good one in your price range. Look in retirement locations like Florida.

No, can't say I have but am not in the Chrysler club here, maybe it'll be at the Chrysler show next year?

Perhaps we can catch up sometime next year, would be a good drive to Eudunda.

Gas mileage isn't great, but you'll feel like a king and have a million smiles per mile, and from other folks who like the car.

Makes it all worthwhile.
