There is no way that would work. It would rip the metal out unless there is some kind of tie in to the frame rails in the trunk area. That is freakin crazy! =

There is a metal hitch under the trunk lid that is secured to the frame. There was a 1975 Imperial up here that had the same setup to tow a horse trailer
