These curse'd things have been plaguing the city of Daytona Beach, mostly on the beachside tourist area of the city. The city made some ordinances and permit licensing requirements ie need a drivers license, no double riding, stay off side walks etc. none of which the kids that fly around A1A seem to obey.
Now City Hall is trying a re-think on the whole deal, I'm glad to see the Segway Rentals went belly up as those people are complete jackasses thinking they are ADA compliant. Muderphuckers if you can balance one of those things in the performance mode you ain't handicapped!
