The Ghetto Clown Bikes arrived a little later this year (Wed) for BikeWeek, most were just coming for the stereo blast off contest and the custom bike shows.
I think it was a smart move to have the Boardwalk Custom Show on the last Friday of BikeWeek rather than the first Friday.

Red Box Bike? I take it you mean the red super streamlined artsy bike? I was going to go to the show but the one decent phone camera that I have is finally coming to the end of it's battery life and I'm tired of dealing with it, plus I saw another tubers live stream of another bike show and the volume of big wheel ghettoglides just turned me off too going. Also on another live stream of a concert the tuber announced that no one was wearing a mask and if anyone saw someone wearing a mask to punch them in the face. so...
I just decided to stay home and watch it on the big screen and trash talk up the live chat.I did assemble a playlist for my UK TT friends of some of the better (IMO) choice videos and here is one of the quality walk around's of the BoardWalk Bike Show.
In the comments someone says it is a electric bike.
