who remembers the cardboard record cutout on the cereal box?

I don't remember the round baseball cards but I don't think we had those kind of potato chips. I do remember the Mr. Clean car launchers. I think I had the Mach 1.

As an ironic side note: The actor for the old European Mr.Clean commercials got thrown out of a trailer park in France years ago because his trailer and plot were fithy all over and run down.

^ those are pretty cool!

Catfish: Someday I'm going to be able to immediately post behind you with this as my avatar.

I do remember seeing those records on cereal boxes in stores, but I don't remember ever having one.

I had a 1/64 scale '67 Mustang fastback. It was plastic and had plastic chrome bumpers and clear windows. The car itself was dark green, like the Bullit Mustang I guess. I also had a '68 Corvette. It was plastic with clear windows, but it was bright green, like the Sublime color used by Mopar. It may have had chrome bumpers too, that was a long time ago and it's hard to remember now. They came in packages of something, I don't remember what, some type of food or snack I think. I wish I still had them. :laughing1:
Does anyone remember them? Do they sound familiar to anyone?

How old are you guys? I don't remember any of this stuff.

I understand that one of our retired members in Florida was around and remembers this !!!! In fact this is a picture of him driving his truck south down to Florida .. :poke:
