Your wheel Dave is a for the 1970 model year cars....
M - Motor Wheel
3 - Plant 3
9 - 1969
12 - Dec
17 - 17th day
So you have a wheel made on Dec 17th 1969.
1969 Model Year wheels do not have the Part Number or the Pentastar.

Ok probably not the right rim I just grabbed it cause it was wider. There isn't a part number visible on a 1969 H wheel...if you send me a pic I can tell you what it is.
Dave
Negative, my parents ordered our wagon from factory with tow package, it came with ventilated steel rims. It is my car know.I'm certain ( 69 -71 ) the 15 x 6 wheel was on all wagons , tow package and HD cars. That's the way I've read the literature anyway.
