Windshield compatibility 1971 Newport

My 71 Newport needs a new windshield. Overall it is in beautiful shape but the previous owner was tailing a semi and a rock put a big chip right in the drivers eye sight of the windshield. The chip is so bad you can actually see it from a distance in the picture below.
I have had no luck finding one. They are all cracked or spoken for by the time I see them for sale.

My question is this, what years and models will work as a replacement for my windshield?

There was no '71 convertible. 69-73 full size C body 2 door or four door hardtop all makes Plymouth, Dodge and Chrysler and all models. Sedans and wagons are different. Windshield number 725 is what you're looking for, good luck! Edit, not sure where I'm getting 725, but that's in my head. This is probably better -

I am surprised at the amount of compatible cars.

Also surprised the imperial uses the same windshield as the rest of the fleet.

I forget there was not a vert C body in 71.

The E body had verts so my mind reverts to ebodies as my baseline.

Had not thought of filling it. That might make the chip bearable.

There are some DIY kits, but I've never used any of them.

When I broke a windshield in my Mercury a few years ago, they told me anything a dollar bill could cover can be fixed. They even drill holes to keep cracks from spreading.

I have seen it done on small chips on my cross country suburban. Just basically super glue and then a suction cup on top of that glue. Suck all the air out and it hardens the glue. I suspect a highly UV resistant glue, not just super glue. Then they cut off the excess with a razor and polish.
I wonder if a pro would go further with what I have.
I'll get a pic in a few when I get a chance away from the wife's weekend do this do that stuff.

@cuda hunter -- if your windshield surround does not leak, and there is no rust, then I would absolutely try to avoid replacing the windshield. No point opening a possible can of worms unless absolutely necessary, and no harm trying first what @Big_John suggested.

Little-known "secret" is that the rear section of the Imperials, as in cowl rearward, is the same size and structure as a normal Chrysler. The added wheelbase is in the front stub-frame assembly moving the front wheels forward by 3". Revealed in a "Collectible Automobile" article on the Fuselage Chryslers.

Therefore, Chrysler hardtop windshields also fit Imperials of the Fuselage Age.

I'm suprised thay with all the availible vehicles that fit just 2 windsheilds, that AMD has not made a batch.

Look at the repro sheet metal AMD went after first. B-bodies. That's where the money is, plus E-bodies.

Could AMD do some C-body stuff? Even windshields? Sure. Do they want "dead stock" in their inventory, relative to the volumes of B-body stuff? Probably not.

Might they use their B-body profits to fund and inventory C-body parts? SURE! But all it would take is a change of management for the C-body items to be "fire-salled" out to replace it with the higher-volume B-body and E-body stuff to make them more money.

So now I have to kill a C body just for the windshield?
Anyone have a rusty 69-73 small block 4dr hardtop?

Check out DVAP in Arizona. They are parting out a 1971 Polara -- I should know, I bought that very car's trunk lid to replace Medina's, my 1971 Monaco (the edge on the latter looked good from the outside but was rusty under the bright trim). AFAIK, the windshield is in good condition, @azblackhemi has seen that parts car and should be able to confirm.

In any event, DVAP have multiple other fuselage C-body hardtops and convertibles that would work here, including:
