Wollfen's 1970 Plymouth Sport Fury S23

All welds ground back and now it is all sealed, the rust work in the front is done! On to the rear window now.

Amazing, Gary. I admire your courage, determination and skills. A project like this is certainly not for the faint of heart.

Gary,
Are you going to do something to clean up the surface rust inside the car before putting it back together?
Yes I will, right now though I am focusing on rust holes and replacement of metal before it gets too cold, then I will hit the areas with surface rust, clean it all off and seal it same as I did with the cowl area.

So I cut out some replacement pieces of rear window and sat them in place, looks good for when I get ready to cut and weld.

Are these pieces from the white New Yorker?
Yes they are and yes they conform to the same curves, a hardtop roof to a coupe. The top piece sitting on the roof is out of the side channel and will need a little adjustment to the top edge shape only, the channel itself matches.
