you're fired....

Oops. I missed it. For some inexplicable reason, I received an email from them last night about it.

No big deal. Some like it, others hate it. Others like myself, meh.

Personally, they have more money than brains. Why build a car that never was, because no one wanted it, and I doubt that's changed any.

The same was said about the Charger, and look what happened. Thankfully it turned out nice. BUT!! The Cuda should never be a four-door. EVER.. IMO.

Feasability study's are common place in the auto industry. Both design and engineering. They help support the budget's. As weird as this concept seems I bet they would have sold some.

Regarding any classic brand name, I think when they design a new car unless it resembles the classic design or a freshened up versions of the classic design, they should choose a different name. The charger started out as a two door and they named a four-door after it, The nova started out as a two door and they named a four-door after it in the 70s and then a front wheel drive version of it in the late 80s early 90s.. and the list goes on.

... and the list goes on.

it looks like they cut the roof off a coronet and stuck it on the barracuda and then designed some rather iffy doors/bodylines.
the Flow is just not there.

personally, imo, its a turd, the only good angles are front n back,
which of course are stock cuda.
imagine that.

What actually would have made a helluva lot more sense, and I've thought about doing, would be a 4dr Cordoba off the B-body.

But that's not a "musslecar" (la-di-dah), so it's not koool.

The Nova was always available as a 4 door and also a wagon.

That 4 Door Cuda thread was on FBBO. He got to much Heat for making that car and the politics that went with it. I admire the hell out of the great work that was done and put in to the car but i rarely get Excited over cars with 2 extra doors.
