I believe Lou knows the answers to most of the questions he asks. His real goal is to point out features that the casual observer might otherwise miss that are highlights of a design. In other words, there is a method to his madness.

I once saw Jay Leno call out a 66-68 Imperial as having a cast-iron Torqueflite.
I don't know what errors Lou makes, but we've gotta turn a blind eye sometimes.

I saw this New Yorker at the Chicago muscle car show and met the owner. Went over it and took many pictures to use in the restoration of my New Yorker.

Even though my New Yorker has been in the family since day one, I still dont know all the various nuances and differences in it vs other models. So it would be hard for me to fault Lou in his analysis of the Chrysler.
