Doing 12hr shifts, commuting 30 minutes each way, and coming home late, I did not feel like cooking...But Grace is a car I cant stop driving!

Found this old pic of me with a Canadian 68 Monaco 500
383 4 barrel car with buckets, floor shift and console.
Loved the slots on this car.

Due to an overseas move the Yellow Bird had to find new home! Sad to see her go, we’ve had an epic 17yrs together, but know she’ll be in great hands. Headed to Puyallup, Washington to live with my cousin. Grandpa would be proud she’s being kept in the family… was his favorite car.

Say hi if you see them at a Coffee in Cars this summer!

Nice that the Yellow Bird doesn't have to fly outside the family!
For sure. Proud to keep the dream alive and well in the family.

Found this pic while downsizing for my move. Taken back when the Bird came into the family in ‘77.

Did you intentionally upload the post t 4:40? I hope your experience with BaT was better than mine.

I honestly didn’t even look at the clock when I posted it :thumbsup:, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience with them, ours was long and tough. We would punch in what we wanted to say and put our pictures then hit submit, then it would say “you did not finish” when we did. And we had to redo that about 5 times but otherwise it was ok.

68 is almost done and for sale!

The turbine bronze one?! You can’t sell that!! I see you are from New Jersey, have you by chance seen our old beige ‘73 Custom Suburban wagon driving around or at any shows? I would love to see a picture of it again.
