I've seen some YouTube's videos' lathering the LCA with lubricant prior to pressing in. I this correct?

If you mean putting a little grease on the outside metal shell, yes, that will make it press in easier. Same for pressing in the pin.I've seen some YouTube's videos' lathering the LCA with lubricant prior to pressing in. I this correct?

Bring me up to speed here. Is just the rubber being replaced? I haven't done lower bushings in years, but the replacements I used to do had the metal shell.No lube on steal shell bushing. The polyurethane bushings get lubed. I don't know of anyone making polyurethane bushings for C bodies, it would be nice option since steal shell bushings a NLS.
