To this day...I have never ever cared if the air conditioning worked...and they never do in my experience.
Air Conditioning: A modern R134 compressor was installed about a year ago. The system blows cold, but since the original A/C controller is not functional, operation is managed through dedicated aftermarket switches. See picture.Put your windows down? Not sure what you're asking, but you can ask away here: Heating, Cooling & AC

I see you've done that in your car.
How do I do it?

Trovit Cars sends out a daily list of "new" Imperial for sale ads; but the ads are generally not new & no one responds if you inquire about a car. Does anyone have a positive experience with Trovit where they at least were able to contact an owner/Thought now would be a good time to refresh the HOW MANY 72-73 IMPERIAL thread since it expires soon with my original title (see below).
How many 72-73 Imperials will be FOR SALE between now and into 2018?
You either hate them, love them or are indifferent to them.
I find them extremely appealing.
I enjoy posting them for sale as I come across them in different sources or have help from other members that beat me to it. Hopefully, it will help any of us that wants to help keep them on the road for our own pleasure and/or the future caretakers to enjoy.

My dad is going to list his 1973 Chrysler Imperial - triple black - 2 door - all original (besides the wheels). Best sites to list it on? What should he ask? Thanks!
