Ol' man winter came...too early!

if you was at the concours d'elegance car show then they probably did.
We left before that. I didn't realize it was going on until after we got there, otherwise we would have changed our plans.

friends of mine been trying to get me down there for the past 10 years. this year i decided to go and i would like to go back next year. at $90 dollars a ticket get in but having a house to stay in on the plantation a half mile away makes it worth going.

Dang It! Suppose to change to rain this afternoon.

Freezing rain today turning to snow tonight. My neighbor Large tree came down and cleaned out their power lines and power conduit to the house. This is reserved usually for January.

They closed all the schools before a single snowflake fell here.

We're supposed to get it tonight.... They named the storm, so that doesn't bode well.

Time to head south. Just booked a load to southern Arkansas, and then one to Florida. I first tried to get a nice paying load to Nebraska and then one to Rockford Il. to pick up my stuff at Wyatt's, but someone got to it before me. It's actually nicer in the Midwest right now than around here. But when your original plans fall through, Landstar always has freight going to Florida, just not much coming out. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. It's certainly not the end of the world to be stuck in FL. for an extra day or two during the winter.
