How many Editions does that make for 2019, now. 40? 50? I lost count.
I've been saying for years they need to make a special edition for Northern winters. They've made baja, texas, sport, etc, etc, etc. editions for years but nothing designed specifically for winter. Locking rear diff and good winter tires will go a long way. One of the first things I did with both my trucks when purchased new was put decent tires on before winter. Tires will make or break your winter driving.
Nothing new... '73-'76(?) equipped with a Meyers plow.

Brake lines will still rot off in less than 10 years. Along with the bed sides above the wheels in 5 years.

Is this a regional, dealer thing? I've never seen one of these, nor seen one advertised.

Yeah that is wayyy cheaper than the 25¢ worth of cost increase of stainless steel straps.
The f$&kin postage cost more than the material upgrade would have.
