I was driving down the road this weekend, and smelled some mohican burning. All the gauges looked OK so I kept going I was close to where I was headed - got to where I was going and then had a look at the motor. There was a puddle of oil sitting on top of the valley pan I changed a few weeks back...got home and pulled the intake off....
valley-pan-leak.jpg I sprung a leak at the heat xferr... the thing was full of oil down in there. I stuffed a rag in there and tried to sop it all out.
just a note for those changing valley pan gaskets - you can never have enough pookey. don't be stingy with the pookey. or you'll be changing it again real soon :/

I probably used enough "pooky" to fill a garbage can last time I had my top end apart which was earlier this year. Sealed up real nice and good, tho. I feel your pain.

Well not being American born i had to look this owrd up, pooky. i loooked in Websters and Oxford nothing there, then i found it in the urban dictionary, closest i could find was this,

1.The Filipino Word for Vagina.

If I had seen this earlier I would have brought that up. After 52 trips to the Philippines I could have told you that and more...

edit: Oh, and the correct way to spell it is puki. Don't ask although I'm sure many want to.

Then there was the SSB test I left half way threw the class and headed to the track for Mopar day, ended up with the best mark on the exam I wrote before I left, professor made that clear to the other guys who knew where I was heading LOL
