Awesome! To me the New Yorker is iconic to the Mid-Century automotive style. Here are a couple of pictures from our Route 66 trip last year.

After Albuquerque, we went to Flagstaff, Kingman, Oatman, and Havasu City. This morning was Newberry Springs and Barstow and then back up to Northern California. After completing 2,481 carefree miles, I now have a new appreciation for the old Chrysler. We're looking forward to many more...

Excellent! They seem to be well balanced as we have exceeded 80 mph on a couple occasions, and I haven't experienced any vibration. We did hit some heavy rainstorms along the way, and the old Chrysler felt solid with good traction. And yes... the ride is nice and smooth.

Made to Albuquerque today! So far so good (Knock on wood :) The New Yorker is driving like a dream... smooth and comfortable. Tomorrow we are heading to a corner in Winslow Arizona. I heard there is a girl in a flatbed ford there that is quite a site to see!! Then on to Flagstaff...

We flew into Saint Louis on Thursday and the New Yorker was waiting for us. After visiting with friends for two days, we hit the road yesterday (Sunday). The Chrysler drove like a dream and glided from Saint Louis to Joplin. Great sites and fun times so far. High point was Uranus Mo, but...
