Finally... Taking my 66 on Route 66!

Beautiful car. I missed out on the FCBO Route 66 journey last year, but it's still on my bucket list to travel as much of the route as I can. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

I want to do it again sometime. Learned a lot about how to make it successful. We had to cut out some big chunks and didn't get to stop at the museums in Pontiac.

After Albuquerque, we went to Flagstaff, Kingman, Oatman, and Havasu City. This morning was Newberry Springs and Barstow and then back up to Northern California. After completing 2,481 carefree miles, I now have a new appreciation for the old Chrysler. We're looking forward to many more trips to come!
