My friend has 1971 Imperial, original 440/727 4-door hard top, log exhaust manifolds.
I have a set of 1970-1971 C-Body HP Exhaust Manifolds that I fronted him to look at for his Imperial.
He is having second thoughts about buying them because of fitment questions.
Has anyone put these manifolds on a 1971 Imperial? Fitment Difficulties?
I did suggest that he call TTI on head pipes. Did not suggest Waldron, but that's a back up idea. Thanks for any help!

just get a set of waldrons dual exhaust for a 70/71 chrysler TNT

(i have 69 HP manifolds and waldrons dual exh on my 78 Salon)
Thanks. So there's no difference in the front subframe for the 1970-1971 Chryler 300 and 1970-1971 Imperial as far as head pipe/front pipe fitment?

The Imperial has a specific subframe, front fenders and hood. They are 3-5 inches longer than "regular Chryslers." The actual body of the car is the same. Waldron could probably make what you require, or provide extensions for the front pipes.

Try calling Accurate - he is very knowledgeable about interchange of exhaust systems. I put a body dual exhaust front pipes on an 360 hp R body, no cats using 68-70 340 exhaust manifolds....
