rear mail seal. How to do it right?

This is where the FSM comes in handy. That operation should be detailed in it, IIRC. Might be a YT video of Nick's Garage that mentions it also, as Nick is picky about B/RB rear main seals. Enjoy! CBODY67

Thanks! My dad would have have done it on a manual machine (his handiwork is on the moon) - I don't have the patience. CNC for me.

Gearing change... rear end or transmission?

I am not sure if Gear Vendors makes an overdrive for the manual trans or not. On my 67 Barracuda with the 5.7 Hemi and 727 with with 355 gears I went with the Gear Vendors Overdrive unit and it is the best of both worlds. The car really moves out while not in the overdrive mode, but gets 20 MPG...

Engine swap should I go 360 or 383

Cleaned up the 360 getting ready for teardown my plan is to just freshen it up as the engine runs good and start stockpiling parts for full rebuild later next year, I pulled the valve covers and it's clean inside looks like the guy who had it before me took care of it so I ordered oil pan kit...

    Idler issue.

The Mancini pulley arrived. Very nice quality and better than OEM. This pulley looks machined from a solid blank, not pressed steel.

Heater fan doesn't work - 1971 Plymouth Fury III

I tested all lines with a tester. A signal comes from the blower motor to the switch and to the heater resistor. Where does the electricity come from? I couldn't detect any tension here. Blower Motor to Inside Heater Resistor

WANTED Two barrel carburetor spacer phenolic/composite

Yes, there are 2 different BBDs. Larger one is used on 360 and 383. The 318 carb is notably smaller and different in appearance and I believe it has a smaller mounting pattern. The smaller BBD version was used on Super Sixes also.
