I saw that one???? Looks restorable to me? I wonder how hard it would be to convert a 2dr post to 2dr HTP?

My theory is that the ants slowly moved dirt from under car and filled trunk to make colony. The top of gas tank was rusted away and filled with dirt also. They were fairly sizable ants. The spring hangers with not much support are trying to push through floor with all that dirt weight for so long

Yes the frame rails are good. Filled with Ant Hill dirt. Hoping the floorboards are good. Tomorrow I will pull the drums and get it off trailer and probe floorboards.

I knew there was something heavy in trunk the way the leafs were sagging. Got the trunk open!!!!!! The bad news is there was about 400lbs of dirt in trunk. It was a ant hill colony………… I was able to remove rusted gas tank through trunk floor!!!!! There were a few Johnny cash 8 tracks

I haven’t gotten a chance to probe them yet I was loading car under such bad conditions. Can’t get doors open yet.

The chrome is exceptional at this location.????? It’s very cold there. I would expect different. Can someone explain why cold moist weather preserves chrome?

Got this abandoned 60 coupe from an estate. Poly 318 4v Pretty ruff Was sitting in dirt up to axles. 4 Frozen drum,flat tires,doors won’t open. Hardest car I’ve ever had to load on trailer

Just visited that site recently. Easy to get lost there. Too much to look at in one day. High difficulty factor to get anything out. Lots of worthwhile cars and parts.
