I just passed the annual technical inspection today. With the recent rule changes for operating historical vehicles, it's good for the next 5 years. Changed from 2 years to 5 years, the period looks IMHO maybe too long, but the less bureaucracy the better :steering:

Is the front disc? brakes setup compatible (spindles, rotors, booster) with standard c-bodies for the drum to discs upgrade? I have not seen Imperials listed as a possible donor for this upgrade, so I guess it's not compatible, or there are some other parts (rotors) difficult to find which makes...

I noticed the car in the promo photo has a rear reflective plastic on the rear side. Interesting, mine, or any other car on pictures in this thread, does not have it while the front one is common.

In fact, its missing the mounting holes for the trunk trim. It looks like it was intentionally deleted while making the new paint?

I´m considering buying a new hardware kit (springs,etc) for the front drum brake 11x3 but all I can find on Rockauto is a front set for the 11x2,75 DORMAN HW7132 kit. Does it makes any difference for the width of the shoes being larger 11x3 or shall I stick with the kit following the springs...
