ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

Yes you can do that. Then with engine out you can make something to support trans to the frame rails so you can roll the car. I like to remove the engine alone, then put a floor jack under trans and roll it forward and lift it out of the car with the engine hoist. Then I don't have to lay on...

ENGINE removal question on 66 Chrysler 300

I’m intentionally posting this topic here in the "slab side years" area and not in “Engine – Transmission and Driveline”, because it’s it could be a model year specific thing. Thank you for posting DM23L0D124119 -- very cool EA9. Question for @polara71 -- are you aware of any 1970 Polara with such a late build date that has @Fratzog bumpers?

    New Yorker burnout

Burnouts have their place . . . on the starting line at drag strips. Have you ever looked at the asphalt surface after a car does a burnout? If the car sat still, there's a slight "hole" in the surface where the components of the surface "have left". Not just the solidified liquid components...

Their car to do as they please, but I wouldn't buy a car that's been used in this way. And yes, I fully expected the reaction and the red X, each to their own.
