1970 Plymouth Sport Fury V10 Swap Build Thread

Took it out for its longest test drive tonight. About 15 miles. The water temperature never got over 200 but the oil pressure is still dropping down to about 5 psi when warm and idling for a few minutes. I think I could have a leak in my pickup tube that I had to make for the center sump pan. As...

    Heat remains on

Thanks. Water valve run by the cable. Near the blower motor, sticks through on the engine side of the firewall, as the cable is on the inside of the car. CBODY67

For one we have one that is almost completely original. The windows/display either side of the man door next to the service bay. and the awning above the closed in service bay. This would make a good hobby/house, nice transitional location. 444 W Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, NY 11580

Pulling rear drum on my 57 Belvedere, which one?

The newer axles make it easier to do the rear brakes. You do not need any special puller as the rear drums will just pull off. Mopar used these for years without any axles flying out. I've had quite a few of these over the years and have never seen that happen. Like I said earlier, if I wanted...

Pulling rear drum on my 57 Belvedere, which one?

On my '64 Imperial, I got both fronts and the drinkers rear off using the OTC Universal Hub Puller 7394. My drivers side rear seems to be welded on. It looks to me like Les Fairbank's will be the hot ticket puller so I'm making one up. It will be nice to finally re-tighten my shaft nut!

Look for the "water valve" and ensure it is "off" when "Max AC", or any a/c is on. Model year of your car? CBODY67

    Parts question

as i have shown , there are quite a few parts needed to make the auto to a833 4 spd conversion , i'm still trying to get shifter humps and torq bar and frame brackets made . but with only a few pre orders of these parts , the amount i'm thinking about producing is short , so i'm at the bottom of...
