WHAT ? Another 61 Fury restroation......

Hi Will, Glenn here in BC Canada. It’s been a while since we have spoken. Great to see the progress on your car and like everyone else, I look forward to seeing it complete and on the road. It’s going to be beautiful.

single line master cylinder to dual line master cylinder

Here: A Poor Man's Master Cylinder Upgrade All the hardware you will need to replace your suicide single pot master cylinder with a dual pot one is listed. You can use the old distribution block for your front brakes, merely purchasing a few fittings and a little tubing to attach the rear...

Engine swap should I go 360 or 383

Yes that doesn't fit in cars. It could also have the short tail housing that won't work for a car

single line master cylinder to dual line master cylinder

When you replace your master cylinder from the single reservoir one that's on there now to a dual reservoir disc brake master cylinder, it won't be an option - you will need new lines from the master to the metering (proportioning) block, AND you'll do well if you get a new metering block too as...

Voyager 1 and 2 still alive!!!! 38,000 mph!

I am sorry to see Boeing falling like they have recently. There’s two points in my lifetime where I saw bad behavior from Boing. One, a college roommate of my dad’s who worked his entire career at McDonnell Douglas told me that he felt Boeing was going to buy MacDac well before they did and...

Voyager 1 and 2 still alive!!!! 38,000 mph!

my, how the mighty have fallen. sure looks like Boeing has one 'caught in the wringer". feelin' two ways about this. 1. SpaceX, despite or my because of what some people see as his eccentricities, is one of Elon Musk's great achievements. They way they run the company, the robust...

    Front Stub Frame body mounts

A picture would be great. I was cleaning the area ready for paint and frame and noticed this. Both sides are missing all four bolts. Yes thread size looks about that. Must use a big washer or plate as mount holes are a lot larger.

Depends, does that MH trans have the drum brake emergency brake hanging off the back?

    Front Stub Frame body mounts

Yes, there are supposed to be bolts there - you don't have them? They're relatively small, I think 5/16 bolts. Yes, that bracket is also welded so if the bolts are taken out the bracket is still attached. I do wish there was a chasis / body sub-section for these sorts of posts. I can take...

    Front Stub Frame body mounts

Exterior, Pain & Bodywork probably would be best for this topic, but hey, since the engine mounts to the K frame, maybe by extension, one could argue it can go here too..... :)

    Front Stub Frame body mounts

Have a question regarding the front stub frame body mounts on a 68 Fury. I currently have the frame removed and while cleaning the rear mounts noticed 4 holes 2 front ,2rear where the mount meets the sill. This is the rear mounts not front shimmed mounts. It appears there is threaded holes ...
