    Brake system overhaul - '71

Now onto disassembly. The brass seats were removed by threading them with a 6/32 tap and using a home made puller to extract them cleanly (as suggested by Scott @ Muscle Car Research). The metering valve end. The pin pulled out but the rest of the valve remained stuck. Another...

    Will it work? Lol

yes you can bolt those spindles on to your lower ball joints or use the junk ones, whichever are in better shape as they are both the same...if you're converting from manual to power you'll need booster and pedal assy...if they are there grab everything...I converted my 68 fury to discs over 20...

    727 Kick down issue.

Now that I think about it, there is an O ring that goes between the extension and valve body. I was sure I put it in but maybe it slipped out of place. That is starting to make sense why it is acting up. Guess I will be dropping the pan again. Thanks for the reminder.

    727 Kick down issue.

Did you put a gasket between the filter extension and valve body? Did you check the ATF idling in neutral? Not park. Did you check it again after driving?

You are limited to 10 pics *per post/comment/reply*. You can simply reply and add more pics. Based on what I see, your asking price is very fair. It should sell easily, although engine-out will eliminate some interested people.

    Hei distributor date code

The reason I wanted to know about the date code stamp is so I can look at part with a stamp on it and verify that it's from that timeframe

    Hei distributor date code

All I'm looking for is an early 70s electronic ignition distributor for a small black Mopar. It doesn't have to be any more specific than that. I don't care about date codes. I just want that timeframe.
