    Hei distributor date code

The reason I wanted to know about the date code stamp is so I can look at part with a stamp on it and verify that it's from that timeframe

    Hei distributor date code

All I'm looking for is an early 70s electronic ignition distributor for a small black Mopar. It doesn't have to be any more specific than that. I don't care about date codes. I just want that timeframe.

    727 Kick down issue.

To me, that sounds like your 2nd gear band is slipping, it works OK at moderate throttle, but at WOT it slips.it could be out of adjustment or your fluid level is low. make sure to check the level in neutral My$.02

    Hei distributor date code

The part number is just a part number, if there is a date code on a part it is a different number and there are different date code systems in use. That part number doesn't come up on any list that I have. Do you have a distributor or an application you are looking for a distributor for? Alan

Question about '68 Monaco/Polara AM radio PN 2649965

Probably no difference. Keep in mind that the signal seeking Delco radio (I assume that's what you are asking about) , was only available in Chryslers and Imperials, not Dodges.

    Will it work? Lol

It will work but you need to get it all. The disc assemblies from both sides, The proportioning valve, The booster, Master cylinder and Brake pedal hardware under the dash. You will probably find the booster and master cylinder will need rebuild and the calipers possibly rebuilt and new pads...

    727 Kick down issue.

I have a new development with my 65 Sport Fury. It seems to shift properly up through the gears and does not slip. Now if I am cruising at say 50 mph, and floor it to kick in the passing gear, it doesn't kick down into a lower gear. It seems to go into neutral until I let up then it goes back...

    Hei distributor date code

None of the digits in the part number are tied to the date. HEI is a GM term for their electronic ignition, but since we can assume you are looking for an electronic distributor, you could rule out 1965 as that distributor still has points. Let's ask a question... DO you really need a date...
