    Hedman 78030 hedders

Driver side fits with no modifications, did use a mini starter from a V6 Dakota. Passenger side got em hot and had to be pulled away from the torsion bar, just stuck a pipe in the collector tube and pulled it away.

Saw that, just thinking out loud, doesn't that tell me the headers were oversized to begin with?

    440 Rear-Wheel HP Numbers Seem Off 30-40%

I'd be pissed if it only cranked 120-130 on a fresh build. My short block has been together since '05, before I pulled my heads, I had 200 psi cranking pressure...and that's with a heck of alot more cam, MP557.

    440 Rear-Wheel HP Numbers Seem Off 30-40%

Was running the MP dist with a reworked curve and Crane HI-6 + matching coil. Locked out the dist when I switched to E85. If I had to start fresh would be the MSD gear.

    440 Rear-Wheel HP Numbers Seem Off 30-40%

Everyone has covered the timing, definitely needs to be checked. AF numbers seem suspect, never seen a stock Edelbrock AFB be rich, they are factory setup for your belly button sbc 350's...always had to jet up and change metering rods to get them to play nice with any sort of cam on my big...

I would hope you would go faster than me, combo has been together since '05...only intake/cam/carb/converter swap since then... Car originally had a worn out 413 running 13.50's when it first got put together...fresh 440 shortblock with everything moved over off the 413 was immediate 12.50's...
