    Your theory about the chrome bits on the deluxe translucent wheel only may be right right. I just copied this picture from 3_300s for sale post. His 66 300 with stock wheel doesn't have the chrome bits.

    But, they look like they will come off easily enough, plus, they look like they will match up with the dodge horn rim really nicely. Looking at the picture rapidtrans posted, it looks like they almost should have the little chrome pieces...:steering:

    Don't limit your search to just 880 or Monaco. The translucent wheel was also optional on the Chryslers (mine has one)As far as I know it is the same as the Dodge wheel, just a different center cover and horn ring. .

    I think what he is saying is two door hardtops didn't have vent windows if they had air. Vents without air only on them. Am I getting that right Hoss?

    Do the 69-72 parts fit on a 64? I thought they made radical changes to the spindles, arms and ball joints between 64 and 65. I may be wrong, so hopefully someone with FL experience will clear it up for us.

    If you are looking in junkyards for one, don't limit yourself to cars. I found mine on a 65 Dodge 3/4 ton pickup with a 318 and heavy duty cooling.

    It looks like the outer bearing race spun at one time for some reason. I put a new race in, but it is loose and there is definite play at the outer wheel bearing now. 65 Newport with power drum brakes. Right hand side.
