Mopar Advertising, Cans of Solvents, Oil etc.

That’s a really nice collection and a Superb Mopar Sight. I spotted the large V-eight emblem on the top of one cabinet and wondered what vehicle it came off of? This character looks like the Mexican version of the ‘60s “Keep on Truckin’ Man”. I also dig the “long time” band member. Is that the...

‘70s Front Fender Turn Signal Lights used as “Econo Indicators”?

Great information, thank you. I kind of thought the fellow was pulling my leg but something told me not to disagree. Part of that was the ol’ “never say never” when it comes to Chrysler/Mopar. Now a days it seems like those little lights are on your dashboard on most vehicles. The “econo”...

‘70s Front Fender Turn Signal Lights used as “Econo Indicators”?

While having a conversation with a fellow car club member he interjected, as fact, that the Mopar cars ‘70s-80s that had those fender lights utilized them as both turn signals and that they would light up when the engine was at peak efficiency. It would probably work off of a high vacuum reading...

    Anyone here own a Jukebox?

Nice stuff @Zymurgy. A friend in California recently sent me a video of a wall/booth model that was converted to modern insides with blue tooth. I couldn’t find his photos. Interesting history of the companies.

    Anyone here own a Jukebox?

Well I was playing J8, E7 and E2- Polk Salad Anne, enjoying the good music yesterday in the Taj Garage when suddenly the sound volume dropped rapidly. While approaching the Starlit 429 the smell of a burnt transformer was strong. The Rockola was switched off and because of being in the middle of...

    Anyone here own a Jukebox?

My Rockola Starlit 429 has successfully space traveled from the bunker in Illinoise to a hill in Arkansas. I’ve been able to spend some time with it waiting out my 413 machine work. I figured out the reason for the turntable not constantly running. It was the grommets supporting the motor and...

The block will be check by a machinist at some point but right now I having a 413 engine checked out. I will show the photos to him of the 440 and pick his brain. It was totally unexpected and I know how lucky and fortunate to be able to pair the block with the veee-hickle.

    38 Yr Awakening, E86 ‘78 Fury 4-Door

I was wholeheartedly surprised when on my second trip to pick up another “vee-hickle” I spotted an engine block hanging off a three point hitch on the rear of an old farm tractor. Here is the original engine from this pursuit car. Good ol’ 188553 It comes with the hard to find big block...
