Those 300G wheel covers don't need nubs on the wheel to hold them on. But I have had problems putting those same covers on mid 70's steel wheels, too tight just like you said.

Are you aware of what Wheels I would need to find that would fit those 300G wheel covers? I was curious if later 60s 15 inch C body wheels might work better?
